Gentle, Effective, Chiropractic Care
If you’re visiting our Wash Park office for the first time, we’d like you to know exactly what to expect. From your very first phone call with us, to the second you walk through our doors, we want you to feel right at ease and like you are a part of our community.
Over time, our spines lose healthy range of range of motion. As this happens, nerve interference happens. When this occurs, the brain isn’t able to receive healthy nerve communication and the body goes into what we call “protection mode,” or into more of a fight or flight response.
When patients come to Be Chiropractic with some pain or symptom, the body can’t heal because it’s stuck in a state of protection. A gentle spinal adjustment from our doctors introduces healthy stimulation and a healthy range of motion to the spinal joint, which restores healthy feedback and healthy communication between the body and brain.
Rather than walking around in this painful state of protection, you can then move into a state of healing. “I always tell my patients that you cannot be in a state of growth or protection at the same time. We get people out of vulnerable protective states into a healthy, happy, healing moving state.”
Come just as you are, with whatever pain or discomfort you are experiencing. You are in the right place. Upon booking your appointment, you will be emailed a link to fill out your specific intake paperwork. When you walk into the door, you will be greeted by our friendly front desk staff. You will enjoy an office tour and then you will meet your doctor in a private exam room.
Your doctor will then perform a comprehensive consultation where they will review your health history, your reason for seeking our care and assist you in customizing your personal health goals. After your consultation, the doctor will take you through a series of exam procedures examining your posture, muscle and tension imbalances as well as spinal joint dysfunction. Assuming the doctor does not find any red flags that would warrant further examination, your first chiropractic adjustment will be performed, as well. This visit will typically take close 45 minutes and we promise it will be filled with fun conversation.
At your follow up visit, the doctor will put together a recommended course of treatment after reviewing your exam findings and incorporating your shared health goals. At this appointment, the doctor will also review your financial investment. While recommendations will vary greatly between pediatric care, prenatal care and general chiropractic care, visits will generally consist of appointments over the course 3-12 weeks and can cost between $300-$700 total with flexible payment plans available. This visit and all following visits, all subsequent visits will only take about 15 minutes.

We welcome you with open arms and want to make your visit affordable. While we are considered out of network with all insurances, we offer flexible payment options, accept all major credit cards, flex spending, and health savings accounts. We are happy to provide superbills for insurance.
